Newberry Plaza is a 56-story multi-family residential and commercial tower located in the Gold Coast neighborhood.  The building was constructed in 1971.

Exterior Wall Repairs:

• Repair of deteriorated column and spandrel surfaces

• Repainting of the exposed concrete facade.
