BUILDING DESCRIPTION

Roscoe Village Lofts is a 5-story residential building converted from manufacturing/office use to condominiums in the early 1990’s. The building is composed of an exposed reinforced concrete frame structure with masonry infill and aluminum and glass windows.  

Exterior Wall Repairs:

• Masonry, concrete, and sealant repairs at all building elevations

• Reconstruction of existing brick masonry spandrel panels, flashing installation, steel lintel refurbishment/replacement, grinding and tuckpointing, as-needed brick replacement, parapet wall reconstruction. 

• Sealant and concrete repair included sealant installation/replacement at existing window assemblies and as-needed concrete crack and patch repairs at exposed concrete frame elements.
