Lake Park Plaza is a 30-story condominium building constructed circa 1968 and designed by Hirschfeld Reinheimer Architects.  Situated at an approximate 45-degree angle on the property, the building is crescent shape and is a conventionally reinforced concrete structure.  With exposed concrete slab edges and columns, metal window assemblies span the full length and height of the openings.  Curved balconies are provided along the north, while rectangular balconies project out from the east and west.

Garage and Driveway Repair and Renovation Project:
